Pet-Friendly Black Tie Gala to Raise Funds for Chicago’s Homeless Dogs and Cats

Considered Chicago’s premier pet-friendly black-tie event, the Fur Ball is an annual gala featuring cocktails, dinner, dancing, pet spas and unique auctions (both live and silent). With more than 800 attendees, the Fur Ball is solely focused on raising funds to support PAWS Chicago’s lifesaving operations for homeless pets.

Emceed by ABC 7 News Traffic/Transportation Anchor Roz Varon and Meteorologist Cheryl Scott, the 14th Annual Fur Ball is this Fri., Nov. 13 at the Drake Hotel, one of Chicago’s most iconic destinations.

Founded in 1997, PAWS Chicago has made significant strides in reducing the number of cat and dog euthanizations in the city, but there is still a long way to go. Through the organization’s spay and neuter program, adoption centers and work in under-resourced communities, PAWS Chicago is committed to saving homeless cats and dogs at risk of euthanization.

By supporting the Fur Ball, you are helping to bring PAWS Chicago one step closer to their goal of a No Kill community. Learn more about our charity partner PAWS Chicago here.
